I ordered two new Meeting Owl 3 kits. The first one worked and had everything in it. The second one was missing the extension USB 3 cable and the little box containing the bracket lock. I tried setting up that Meeting Owl but the App won't let me finish registration on it, so I can't even use it with the shorter USB C cable. These two Meeting Owls were supposed to be brand new. I paid the same for both and ordered them both at the same time. But only one worked and was complete with all the components. I needed both for a work trip two days from now. PLEASE HELP

Purchased this for a temporary conference room at work. The tech works great, basically plug and play. Easy way to add a quality camera for full room coverage. Sound is clear and loud. It's quite expensive, but it is solid and works well. Portability is a great feature.

The OWL is amazing and I am very glad I purchased it. For a small to medium conference room it really stands out. I only have two minor suggestions for improvement:- In a large lobby area the OWL still performs well but does pick up light glare pretty heavily. I understand it wasn’t necessarily designed for a town hall meeting but wish there was a way to adjust how much light it picks up.- Allow for Bluetooth or WiFi streaming of audio and camera. It has to be plugged up to a computer which is fine in our smaller conference rooms, but a large board room that wasn’t equipped with built in cords made a large challenge to attach it to equipment hidden in a closet.Overall I plan to purchase more in future for other conference rooms and am very pleased.

Extremely happy with this purchase for my organization, used it for a retreat while we had a staff member joining us virtually and it allow us to feel like the person was actually there in the room with us. Highly recommended for hybrid meetings!
