This thing rules.Had a Delonghi at home and a Jura at the office. Both pretty high end. Mr Mcilpoog destroys both of them.Mack-l-poog? M-sill-pug? Mclpg? Not really sure, but I love this machine. It doesn't mess around. Open the tray? It asks if you emptied it. Run out of water mid-coffee? IT CONTINUES FROM WHERE IT LEFT OFF! Both the Jura and Delonghi just give up and make you start again after you've filled it. Turning it off? It asks if you want to clean the milk frother. You can say 'no' AND IT DOESN'T MAKE A FUSS OR MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE A HORRIBLE OWNER.I always like to include some negatives in a review. I can't find a 'wake up at this time' option. Only a minor issue. That is all.The 'Latte' on the Delonghi vs the Jura are very different. Discovered one is a Cafe Latte and one is a Latte Machiato. Mr Mc-poogle does both. Go pay $1400+ for one of the other brands and you MIGHT be honored with a latte (one or the other). This machine was $619 (there was a voucher) and has all of the different coffees. The quality of the coffee is brilliant. The crema is great. Watching it after its been poured is mesmerising. And the range of froth you get in milk drinks absolutely kills the other machines I've used. It can make unsweetened almond milk both creamy and frothy. Which defies science. After un-learning the cleaning rituals of the other brands you realise the cleaning of this machine is a breeze. I leave it on all day and make sure to do the 'quick milk rinse' after each milk coffee (which does NOT require a cup full of water). Then at the end of the day turn it off (it does it's coffee cleaning routine) and answer 'yes' to the 'do you want to clean the milk frother?' question (now you stick the tube in a glass of water). All the other brands have their own 'special' cleaning tablets, powders, liquids, etc. Mack? Nope. Head to officeworks, get their cheap generic descaler and cleaner - sorted.I've had this for over a month now. It's made me and my family a tonne of coffees and it hasn't missed a beat. It looks good on the counter. It's quieter than the Delonghi we had (maybe not quite as quiet as the Jura at the office when grinding, but the milk frothing is quieter). It makes far superior coffee than any machine (and quite a few baristas to be honest) I've used before. No nonsense. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Sexy as hell. Amazing coffee. Get one before everyone realises how great they are and the price shoots up.

Over the years I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good home use Coffee machine. I was truly disappointed over all.By chance I came across this Coffee Machine on Amazon Au, it took awhile for me to bite the bullet and buy it. I'm really glad I did.I love a good coffee and this doesn't disappoint. The cost of this machine is really good. I haven't got to try all of the coffees yet.I even purchased clear coffee mugs and cups so you can see your coffee layering after pouring.Needless to say I am very happy with my Machine so far. It's fully automatic which is a total bonus for me.I am very impressed. The ease of cleaning is great too.I did do a check over the Internet of all the reviews.Enjoy.

I've had this machine since March, 2022. I've used it every day at least once since. There are many options for pre-set drinks and a menu that lets you adjust the pre-set drinks to be able to customize them as you desire. The frother works well, but you'll need dedicated container to use for the milk that you take in and out of the refrigerator, unless you want to use a cup every time and toss what's left. In all, you really get what you pay for. The flavor is OK, the grinder works well, but... We've got issues. A list of the issues I've noticed:- Milk frother constantly needs to be cleaned with no way to skip it if you didn't use it when turning the machine on and off.- Milk frother tube absolutely needs to be cleaned IF you use it, or will grow mold almost immediately.- No matter what setting I set, the "audible" tone will not turn off.- To clean the machine, you need to open the front face. This is very difficult and you need to lift up the machine to pull the face and tray out.- Cleaning out the discarded ground bucket earlier than it tells you to doesn't seem to reset the count on it being full or not. It'll still tell you to clean it out even if its not full.- The inside of the machine somehow is always leaking water into the drip tray. I keep a cup undernearth the outlet at all times, yet the tray still fills up with water gradually. This leads to MOLD. The used grounds are constantly growing mold. The inside near the waste container has grounds scattered around outside the bin which also constantly grows mold.- The side opens and the brewing mechanism comes out so you can rinse it. However, you can't clean any further inside and grounds are slowly making their way into the inside where the gears seem to be. My machine no SQUEAKS every time it moves the coffee puck into and out of position for brewing and discarding.- The software is very lacking. As mentioned above, changing some settings, such as the audible alarms to on or off, doesn't seem to have any effect whatsoever. The only thing that seems to work is changing the volume of the liquid or milk frothing time. All in all, I'd say look elsewhere. This machine isn't all that much cheaper than other options and is probably not going to last nearly as long as others. The little things that were small annoyances at first have made me want to look for a better machine already after using it for only a few months.
