Very hard to adjust the settings. It doesn't grind beans very well. You have to regrind your already ground coffee.

This burr grinder is very well built.there are a lot of more expensive grinders! This one is the one if you are serious about taking your coffee to the next level without braking the bank. What do I mean by this? For me it was can I taste the difference between cheep pulse grinders and the real adjustable deal. The short answer is yes

I really like this coffee grinder. It is super easy to use and grinds the beans really easy. Very adjustable for the fine or coarseness of the grinds. Feels very well made, very solid and easy to grip

Item as described. Once you get the grinder dialed in (getting the number of clicks adjusted for desired grind size ) you can easily adjust the grind size for different brewing techniques. To adjust grind size tighten dial all the way (clockwise) then tighten the nut holding the dial ( a very firm hand tight only ) then loosen dial ( counter clockwise ) counting clicks to get desired grind size. If you can not get a large enough grind size loosen nut 1/2 turn at a time until desired grind size is achieved. REMEMBER if you loosen nut before again tighting dial down ( clockwise ) all the way the grind size you have achieved will be your new max grind size without loosening nut again becuase you should have loosened the dial (counter clockwise ) all the way before loosening nut. Also If you loosen nut to much (for a very coarse grind size ) you will not be able to tighten the dial ( clockwise ) enough for a finer grind (like for drip, pour over, espresso, etc etc etc. YOU CAN get it set perfectly (at least I did for my liking ) to use for drip, pour over, and french press.

I have a manual coffee grinder, but my son suggested I get one like this. This particular grinder is really nice just because of the simple fact it has a stainless steel burr. Overall, the build quality is top notch. The grinder also has some weight behind it too.
