This mat should have come with racks and the racks did not appear. No carrying case was included. The mat was folded and stuffed in a plastic bag. Clear packing tape was used directly on the mat which has ruined the mat surface. The mat is very obviously cheaply printed as the letters are not clear in some spots. Very disappointed with the product and now I see all of the dissatisfied customers!! Buyer beware!

Having a mat with clear instructions makes learning so much easier. The image and colors are bright and easy to read. My tiles move across the surface smoothly. Some mats are too small and you feel cramped while playing. This mat is a perfect size to fit four people and still have elbow room. When rolled out there are no creases. I couldn’t ask for a better option for my Mahjong game.

The product seems to be a knock-off. Mat was not shipped in a box as described and did not come with a carry bag. It was folded and wrapped with packing tape, with no original packaging. Also NOT INCLUDED were the 4 white tile racks as listed in the description.

Just learning how to play and I cannot tell you how helpful it was to have these notes on the board. Once we learn how to play the notes are still cute decor. The board is big and super study. The backing keeps it in place and the top is smooth & soft allowing the tiles to slide across easily.

I was the victim of a scam where an unauthorized sellers from China basically hijacked the Amazon listing and sold me a counterfeit version of this mat. — HOWEVER, I went to Etsy and bought a tile set and mat directly from Magnolia Mahjong and the quality is top notch. Their customer service is also quick to respond about any issues. They personally contacted me to apologize for the scammer mat.
