I bought these to replace the cheap rollers that came with our nursery dresser and they work perfectly. The drawers now pull all the way out so I can actually get to what’s in them, they glide smoothly, feel much more stable, and are way quieter than the originals. I’m 8 months pregnant, but no stranger to DIY projects, and I was able to install everything myself in a few hours with minimal challenges. The hardware is a decent quality, so I didn’t have any issues with the screws breaking or heads stripping out. I would definitely buy these again!

I built drawers for our new (to us) camper that had none in the kitchen area. I had the benefit of using these on other projects and they are rock solid. What I had not planned for was the fact that the "slow close" mechanism also securely holds the drawers closed as we are towing the camper. I was all ready to put latches on the drawers, but no need.

I replaced my Blum bottom corner mount epoxy slides to this side mount soft close slide. Liked the smooth drawer slide and soft close mechanism. I chose to install the slide in the middle of the drawer box for all my drawer boxes that ranged from 4” to 9” tall mainly for aesthetic reasons. I couldn’t find any articles that said where the ideal slide location should be. Some said middle and some said didn’t matter and some said depends on the depth of the drawer so I chose middle. My dresser has ball bearing slides installed in the middle location so that swayed me to my decision. Many YouTube videos I watched installed the slides aligned to the bottom edge of the drawer. Can’t comment on durability yet however slide action is tight with no play. I spent most of the time measuring and double checking my measurements before drilling the holes. Measure twice and cut once is a good rule. Getting the drawer gaps perfect was important to me. I suggest to mark the cabinet face gaps with masking tape before removing the old slides. I used counter sink wood screws from my local hardware store instead of the counter sink screws that came with slides as I’m leery of the metal it’s made from. You don’t want to those screws to snap off during installation. I used a punch and self centering drill bit to help install the screws in the correct locations.

Making a new kitchen cabinet, and used these slides for pots and pans drawers. They were as easy to install as any of these types of sliders are (which is to say, a little fiddle, but not too hard) and can support the weight of the full drawer (which is quite heavy with all the pots I have!). They are true full extension and the soft close works well. Two things I particularly like, and haven’t seen (or at least noticed) on other similar sliders I’ve installed: First, when you remove the drawer, the inner portion of these remains protruding about 2 inches, which actually makes re-inserting the drawer easier. And secondly, I adjusted my plans after initial install. I was going to have inset drawers (with doors overlaying them), so aligned the sliders with the inside of my face frame. However, once I got the cabinet in place, I then decided to get rid of the doors and have overlay drawer fronts instead. I unscrewed the sliders from the inside of the cabinet, moved them forward to the front of the face frame (about 0.75”) and 2 out the 3 original screw holes were still aligned with holes in the slides! This made re-installation a breeze. The drawer itself slid right back in with no modifications needed to that part of the slider. I don’t know if this is a feature of these guys, or I just got lucky, but I love them for it anyway!

originally had problems. added 1/16" to one spacer. drawers slide fairly smooth. soft close still doesnt work unless i guve a slight shove.I bought the 22" soft close slides. I installed one so far. I have probably installed 3 dozen slides prior to these and had no problems with the install on them. The slides are jerky and not easy to push, and the soft close doesn't work. It sounds like something is dragging at spots. I removed the slide from the drawer and tested the slide. It slides like it should. The slides clear the screws. Put the drawer back in and same issues. I thought maybe the drawer and slides were too tight in the opening.I have spacers to keep the slides clear of the cabinet frame and hinges. The opening between the spacers is 29-1/4" wide. My drawer is 28-3/16" wide. With the slides it is 29 3/16" wide. That gives me 1/16" gap which is what I use when installing slides. So the drawer isn't to tight. Not sure what to do at this point. I'll try adding the second drawer and see if that has an issue.
