Great an fast service greatly packaged nothing was damaged easy to mount together just need to pay attention to diagram but I have a few tracks that wasn't tight nor I could titan them they was cross threaded so when u put it together make sure those are tight an if they keep turning that means it's cross treated an u can't fix can get to the back of the screw I do have it for home service but other then that great I didn't ask for anything bc I found that at the end so the work I would have to do to take apart an send it back just wasn't worth it for me besides I did like it an made strong just one less star bc of tracks need to pay more attention to that can't cross thread bc draws won't close right

My work just purchased one of the 2-drawer 28.5”h cabinets. It’s beautiful. And yet… it’s 29” tall. 1/2” taller than my desk space. And even removing the feet only lowers it 1/4”. So now, someone else in our facility will get this lovely unit and I will wait for something else. Disappointed that the height was not as advertised. But a beauty, nonetheless.

Great product for the price. The quality was better than what I expected, for what I paid for it. This is not the most expensive locking file cabinet on the Market so I was not expecting much. Shipping was faster than stated, it was fairly easy to assemble, and functions quite well. I ordered a five drawer and a three drawer at the same time. They gave me one tracking number not two and when the first cabinet arrived by itself I was worried something happened. I contacted them and got a reply the next day saying the shipping date had not passed (which is true). I was able to figure out through a different tracking # on the reply message that the three drawer was coming on a second shipment. It would have been nice to know that there was going to be two separate shipments from two different locations so I did not worry. All in all it was a satisfactory experience with a slight communication problem. I am happy with the file cabinets and would buy from them again!
