Not only did the toilet arrive damaged, but then completely broke within 60 days. Tried to cooperate with the seller at first for first damage. They did, in fact, give me a very small refund. But when the toilet completely broke within a few weeks after that, they refused to give me a refund without my returning/shipping the USED toilet and then insisted that I purchase another. I will NOT be forced to make another purchase of an item that has disappointed twice so quickly. You'd think a seller would stand behind their product, clearly that is NOT the case. Feeling forced to ship back the used and broken toilet just for them to trash anyway is ridiculous. I've submitted video and photos to them just to be clearly dismissed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this. I received it today, easy install. First problem was a faulty water valve that I easily replaced then the handle broke off on the second flush.

If you live in your rv this is what you want. I've had to replace three of the "rv" toilets in the last two years. One of those I had to replace the toilet two times because of poor design. I do not see that happening this time. The toilet is so much better. I contacted the customer support on a issue and they were very good to speak to. It appeared they really gave a d@mn about my issue. This is the type of folks you want to deal with. If you speak English then these folks talk your language. I am very pleased I made the correct choice this time.

After I installed this it lasted 2 days . I bought it before we had pulled the camper out from being winterized figuring I would have it there when I was ready to put it in . The toilet looked great in there but the second day the valve quit letting the water come in by the pedal so I tried getting ahold of the seller and used the shower handle to fill the toilet until they would get back with me to trade it out because it was a defective BUT the next day the hole pedal system broke off 🤬 so I went to camping world and bought another new one because of no reply I guess I learned a lesson !!!!

Install was easy. Packaging needs better protection for shipping. Porcelain back had very little protection. No leaks were noted when installed. Flushing allows big flow but doesn’t work well with boon docking/ Rv pump capacity. Love the look and comfort height.

This toilet does not allow much water to flow. It also does not rinse the entire bowl, just sections of it. Then there is the issue of the flap not closing all the way, so the water drains out within a few moments unless you pull up on the foot pedal.
