This is a cool clamp that is an interesting addition to my arsenal of clamps. To be honest, I’m not truly sure when I’d need it, but I thought having a clamp like this that extends could be pretty useful. It seems well made with thick plastic that should be able to take a beating. It’s simple to extend and retract it. I really can’t think of anything I don’t like about it, and I’m sure I’ll find a use for it soon!

This is pretty nice clamp with the ability to extend the arms out by several inches to let it reach further around things. The grip is nice and comfortable and the rubber ends on the clamp help prevent slippage. It's worth noting that the extension is all or nothing, with there only being one locking point with them fully extended. So if you need a size between the two, you'll have to get a different clamp. If I had one little gripe it would be that the spring, which was touted to be 45lbs of force doesn't feel that hard to squeeze. I could be wrong, or maybe I'm just way stronger than I think.

This clamp is pretty versatile and can serve many purposes besides the intended one. I got this because I recently found a tree ladder on my property and I planned to climb up there and install a camera and wireless repeater.I attached the clamp to my arm as shown in the videos here and climbed up. The clamp helped me pin an antenna to a branch as I screwed it in, using two hands. Freeing up a hand at a height is pretty important.I am also using it in my shop for light clamping of wood in place. I usually find myself without a clamp when I measure something and need to hold it in place. Im left scrambling around to find one of the 100 various clamping devices in my shop. This clamp has a lighter, deeper grip allowing you to clamp further beyond the edge of wood, and also attaching it to your wrist or arm for convenience and no pain. The lighter grip means that you can't clamp any thing to heavy, but it's pretty good at the holding lighter things in place. The extendable feature also give you more flexibility. You can even extend the arms with your teeth if in a pinch.Lastly, my favorite part is the wide grippy tips of the clamp. The design let's you get a good hold of anything. The tension is just right that you can hold a nail steady, and also hold a full beer bottle.Overall great little versatile clamp from a small business that deserves a try if you come across this product.

The idea behind this extendable blanket clamp is great, but unfortunately, the clamping pressure is too light for securing heavier materials. The extendable feature works smoothly, and it’s easy to use with gloves on, but it just doesn’t provide the grip I was hoping for. If you need something for lighter applications, it might work, but for anything that requires a firm hold, it falls short. Would love to see a stronger spring or better grip in a future version.

Extends and retracts back nicely but clamp pressure is FAR too weak to trust or use with anything dangerous at hand.

My husband was a lineman, and he says this is one of the strongest blanket clamps he has ever seen. He says it has excellent grip as well and is super easy to use one-handed. However, I am a woodworker, and I ordered this because I have never seen an extendable clamp that will go so deep on the piece I am working on. Deep throat woodworking clamps are not only fairly expensive, but they won't go anywhere near as deep as this one does unless you want to shell out serious money. The fact that it's extendable is fantastic. I've already used it multiple times for tricky clamping situations. It won't hold anything up super heavy, but it has a strong hold for basic glue ups and the tip is really great for gripping the wood, especially due to how the tip is angled. It's easy to extend and retract the extension. Thank goodness my husband is now retired, I don't want to have to fight him for the clamp. It has a permanent spot in my shop.

Too bad this clamp is so weak as it has a nice throat depth and seems well made. I had to chuckle when I saw Patent Pending, as I am not sure what is unique and unobvious to those skilled in the trade with this design. Could be a contender for a design patent or just a false warning to copy cats. This will see limited use from me.

This clamp came in handy for me just today. My headliner was peeling back right where one squeezes into the driver's seat. I had the adhesive and I'm fortunate to have had this clamp handy. It was an awkward angle to try to clamp the headliner without putting too much pressure on it, bending the backing material. My c-clamps were all too small except for 1. This clamp worked out perfectly. It held in place perfectly with just the right amount of pressure.I know this was not the intended purpose for this clamp. However, a tool is a tool wherever it works. OSHA may disagree with that statement... . I'm sure this would tool would hold any type of blanket as insulation. It is well made, adjustable, and clamps firmly. For me, this is easily a 5 star product!
