About this item

  • High Adhesion & Durability: Nseamera's single-sided fusible interfacing features an upgraded adhesive with a weight of 25g (excluding base fabric), providing stronger bonding and superior washability compared to standard interfacing. Ideal for projects requiring added durability.
  • Single-Sided Adhesive: This interfacing has a granular adhesive layer on one side, activated by heat, while the opposite side has a fabric texture. Perfect for adding structure and reinforcement to sewing and crafting projects.
  • Thicker Glue Layer: With a 25g adhesive layer, this interfacing offers enhanced attachment and wash-resistant properties, outlasting typical interfacings with only 12g glue layers, making it perfect for more demanding applications.
  • Protective Release Paper Included: Comes with a release paper layer to shield your iron and ironing board during application. Simply place it over the adhesive side before pressing with the iron for smooth, safe adhesion.
  • Lightweight Versatile Support: Measuring 11.8" x 10 yds, this lightweight interlining has a stable, semi-rigid feel, perfect for collars, cuffs, bags, and other crafts. Softer than medium-weight interlining, it's ideal for both thin and medium-weight fabrics.
  • Difference Between Medium & Lightweight: Nseamera's medium-weight interfacing is firmer compared to lighter versions, which are softer and more flexible. Choose Lightweight when your project requires extra support and doesn't require extreme rigidity.

My wife has been asked to make a memory quilt using old clothing. She really likes to use iron-on interfacing for projects like this because it makes knits and t-shirt material less prone to stretching, so that it is easier to work with and lasts longer. This interfacing adheres well to the material when ironed-on, and it does a very good job of stabilizing the material. Its too bad there isn't much in the package, but the price is reasonable for the quantity in the package.

I don't have a lot to say about it. I ordered it because my stash only seems to have lightweight in it. This will work much better for hat bands. I have no complaints at all about it.

I got the 3 yard segment of fusible interfacing, medium weight. I prefer a medium weight for wearables since it provides a little bit more support for heavier or high-use fabrics. I used this to interface some sating for a dress I am working on, it went on without issue. The sticky side is well-covered with adhesive and I did not have any issues with parts of it lifting or not adhering under the iron. I did quilt over it afterwards so I can't say whether it stays stuck without being sewn onto. I would recommend getting more than three yards, however, because it isn't very wide (less than a foot!) so it won't go very far.

I found this great for light weight jobs like hemming slacks, skirts, curtains, but not drapes. I had no trouble ironing it on, it sticks great

This works well for adding bit of body to lightweight fabrics without making them too stiff, such as in a waistband for linen pants. Where I live, sewing supplies can be very expensive and I have to go out of my way to get it, so this is convenient and on par with the pricing I see outside of the city. It's a small quantity but as I only need this kind of thing for the occasional sewing project I didn't need a lot. It does the job and adheres well.

This works fine and for the price it's a good buy but 3 yards aren't really that much. It'll get used and with the local fabric stores closing this may be something people need to start buying more of online. It's good to have multiple sources for interfacing so you can price and get the best deal.

I have grown up doing crafting and sewing as both my parents were hobbyist crafters. I was an applied art minor in college, and I volunteer in an historical educational organization where I have made almost all of my own gear, and outfits from underwear out. I am learning a bit of leather working from a friend when we both have time. I am better sewing my historical costumes and fitting them than modern things. It a light to mid weight fusible interfacing. Unlike many sewers I know I have no particular attachment to either sew in or fusible interfacing but use whatever I have that will work best for the project. I even have interfacing I inherited from my mother that still works just fine, as well as interfacing I have purchased, in the last year of both types and all weights. I find this seems to stick almost as well as my mothers old fusible interfacing, but it doesn't stand out as anything that different or special from the better name brand interfacing I have used. I suppose they are calling it more stick because the glue is a thin sheet on one side rather than the frequent dots I have seen more commonly at consumer sewing stores. I so not find this any advantage for me in application, when you apply fusible interfacing correctly according to package directions of the manufacturer. I am unsure why but I do not like the feel of this interfacing, but it seems to works fine, no better or worse than other fusible interfacing.

I have used a few different types and brands of interfacing and this one is lightweight and stays on well.-It came well packaged and in perfect shape.-The texture/feel is very similar to other fusible interfacing you can buy in store.-Unlike some it does become/stay flexible once fused as opposed to getting hard and stiff.-The glue is evenly distributed on the fuse side unlike others with “bald” spots. It went on with no problem and is holding up great so far.
