The program disk was completely blank and wouldnt work at all

Only got one star due to I have to select at least one. Got product in and was going to return due to having to have computer to use. Missed return window and decided to go ahead and install on laptop and disc is blank and no software on it. It looks like a copy not even original software disc. Can’t find seller info to reach out to them.

This product looks and sounds great when reading the advertisement but buyers u beware it does not work as shown .. when I received my supposed new /used item I noticed that the cd-rom with contains the software to run this item was not new or standard but instead was a burned copy ..and contained a totally different version wich is not fully compatable with the device .. i can open the program on my hp and view different colored images through lense on the device but when I click start to initiate the program and use any other features It does nothing .. so In a nutshell it's worthless an I can only use it as a 2nd web cam wich I don't need since basically every device out on the market now has a built in one itself ...money wasted
