Excellent product and for us an upgrade from our very old and smaller dehydrator. No issues with intended purpose. LEM products remain one of the best.

I like how easy this is to use. I've had several dehydrators, and this one is great just based on capacity. I use it for fruits and herbs, and it's really great for drying my produce completely. It works well, and I'm very happy with it.

This one works very well especially for beef Jerky. I'm following a strict Carnivore Diet, and helps a lot to have snack ready made food on hand.

I have tried dehydrating my food before in my Ninja DCT400 but it would never come out as I imagined. I decided to order this as I thought this would work better. The unit is quite deep but still fits on the counter top comfortably just make sure to have it at least 6 inches away from the wall. It has a very simple modern looking design which I do like. This is the 6 tray model so you get 6 plastic type trays that are quite thick and not flimsy and 1 white drip tray (that is made of thin plastic). The listing states that the trays are dishwasher safe. The door of this dehydrator is quite thin and has a secure magnetic closure. The whole machine does look well made. This is so simple to use that you can work it out easily without having to refer to the instructions. The heating range is 95℉ to 167℉ and the timer works from 30 minutes to 24 hours. The listing does have a video which shows the machine at work and you can get a good feel of what it really looks like. Extra trays are easy to locate and are reasonably priced if you needed to order extra. There is a handy "drying guide" in the instructions that is simple to follow along with useful tips. I dehydrated an apple to test it out and the slices came out perfect! I am really pleased with this unit although I do have one complaint and that is the subject of energy efficiency. There is no mention anywhere on their listing or website about this which I do think is very important, especially these days with energy prices at an all time high. This machine also comes with a 2 year warranty. Overall I am pleased with this dehydrator and I cannot wait to use it on various foods. The price for a 6 tray 800W dehydrator can be a little pricey and this model seems to be a good deal. I feel it is only fair to give this a 4 star rating and not a 5 mainly due to my point about energy efficiency.
