Unreliable test. It had a bunch of positives and negative swabs on the same exact pot I tested.

I shop on temu frequently and saw the whole there might have lead in their products. So I tested the stuff I bought for my animals! It worked! I think? As long as my pets are safe, I don't mind if I get a little lead here and there lol

I had to test an antique ceramic bowl for lead before giving it as a gift. I feel reassured that there is no lead in the paint after testing. The test is so simple and quick.

The instructions say to wet the test swab and wait for it to turn mustard color but all of the test swabs were already yellow upon opening the package. It makes me really distrust the validity of the test and results. This was a waste of money imo.

It says after wetting in water wait for the swap to turn a mustard yellow. It was already an orange color before wetting and didn’t really change color after wetting, definitely not to a mustard yellow. Am I doing something wrong or are the directions wrong?
