With the IL CANNONE string series, Larsen honours one of the greatest violin virtuosos of all time. Their - in our opinion - revolutionary sound is not only the result of an extensive design and development process, but above all of close co-operation with musicians from the field who have contributed to this result with their feedback. To get the best out of your instrument, Il Cannone violin and cello strings are each available in two versions: - for violin: The medium version with a more moderate tension and an open, colourful, rich and powerful sound, and the soloist version whose full tone offers even more presence and focus. Both variants are available as a set or single strings. - for cello: All four single strings, each in the self-explanatory Direct & Focused and Warm & Broad versions. The highlight is that all eight strings are fully compatible with each other. In various combinations, they elicit the individual optimum from each instrument. Sono corde di alto livello, suono potente e ricco di armonici . Il suono è effettivamente pieno di sfumature. Va ricordato che la versione Solist ha una tensione di accordatura più elevata delle normali corde "medium", dunque fornisce anche una risposta più "pronta" e diretta , anche se per alcuni potrebbero essere un pò meno comode da suonare. Ottima la tenuta e l' accordatura.
