The laminator has jammed several times and doesn't laminate smooth. Don't wast your money, just get a cheap laminator. It will probably work better for you. It's also very hard to get in contact with the company, Qfun.

The laminator arrived well packaged and was easy to set up. After reading the instructions, which were easy to follow, I immediately laminated my first item with a pouch that was included. It came out beautifully. The rollers functioned well and I absolutely love the flip top tool storage for the paper trimmer, corner rounder, rings, and hole punch. I appreciate the sleek design and purple color option. I would absolutely recommend this product for home or small office laminating needs.

Heats up quickly, but if you get distracted it will auto shutoff, which is a great feature. I used this for about 100 items right out of the box and worked great

The setup is incredibly simple, and it warms up in less than 3 minutes. The controls are straightforward, so even if you’re new to laminating, you’ll have no issues. I’ve used it for both hot and cold laminating with no problems. I highly recommend this laminator to anyone who needs reliable and efficient lamination at home.

As with most Chinese products, the instructions are poor and the item under engineered. This product is simple enough to figure out, appears sturdy for the price, and worked well out of the box. The paper cutter included, is excellent for single sheet use, but the corner rounder, barely rounds out the corner. A simple engineering design would have allowed a wider amount of corner angles. Based on the lack of vents preventing good airflow, I would use this product for more then an hour without allowing the innard electronics to cool. It does have a small foot print, not much bigger than a loaf of bread. The electric cable should have been a foot or two longer. But that is a personal preference.

I loved the fact that this 13 inch wide Laminator machine indicates when it is ready to start sealing. It seals well and quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the sealing pouch got stuck, started smelling and I was unable to get it out. I am sure if you are careful this may not happen. It also came with a cutter, edger, and measured. Great price for a sturdy machine.

Previously, I gave a somewhat cautious review that some of my laminates were coming out slightly warped. It may have been the machine or something I was doing wrong... however, the Company was Superior and sent me a replacement laminator and so far as I have used it, it's working fine... I Love the idea it heats up in less than a minute. It laminates awesome: clean, clear, well sealed edges... Something I do suggest is that you build up a little platform behind the machine so the laminates come out flat and don't bend while they are still hot. I used my 12x18 Fiskars cutting mat with layers of cardboard underneath to make it level with the outgoing lip of the laminator. It needs to be approx. 29-30 mm thick.

I love this laminator however after 4 months the machine got jammed and I was not able to use it. Amazon would not refund the machine but the seller was great and after unsuccessful attempts to trouble shoot the problem. They sent me a new machine at no cost to me. This machine works great and does a great job at laminating items. I love the size and color! I would recommend this machine.
