I did not like the thickness of the folder. I had to use the machines before I was finally able to get it to go through. The first machine was a Bira and I had it on the loosest pressure setting and that didn't work. The next was a Sizzix Texture Boutique just for embossing and it wouldn't go through there either. Finally, on my old Big Shot it finally worked, but with a lot of pressure on the folder. I kept taking off layers of thickness. When it finally went through it did make a beautiful background.

Saw this on Amazon, thought I would like it to make Christmas cards. It made a beautiful foil embossing result. I was very pleased with the results. It is a good value for the price. The size is a little large for the size card I make but, I can adjust that.

I love this folder -this company seems to have a knack for creating beautiful scenes and designs.The design is deep and crisp and can stand alone with little embellishments, the choice is yours.I have added nothing to this card but I did go over the design with a clear sparkling Sakura gelly Roll pen.My cutting machine is a Sissix Big Shot Switch and I did have some teething problems to get it to accept the folder - eventually, I removed the bottom clear cutting pad from the sandwich, while leaving the other three in place.it is vital that the top cutting pad is kept in place or you will break your machine.I have no doubt that this design will form the basses for most of my Christmas cards this year.I am very happy to recommend this design.

I used this on my Sizzix Big Shot to create beautiful backgrounds for 4.25" x 5" cards. I used the green thin die adapter on the bottom and the top plate - it works perfectly. I've embossed vellum, cardstock, and metallic cardstock. I spritz the paper with water first to loosen the fibers and prevent any tearing. Recommend!
