About this item

• Soak in cooking oil for 24 hours, rinse with water and air dry before use.
• All wooden moulds sold by Niclaw Gourmet are hand-carved, hence the uneven surface and some imperfections on patterns.
• They will not be visible after coating with dry-fried glutinous rice flour (to prevent dough from sticking).
