Kratos gas griddles are ideal cooking solutions for commercial kitchens, especially those with limited space. The Kratos 29Y-007 griddle ships ready to use for natural gas, but it can be field converted to liquid propane. This model features a 3/4" thick, highly polished griddle plate for even heat distribution and quick recovery times. The Kratos 29Y-007 also has a removable grease trap for easy cleaning.
