Not sure what's up the the other reviews but on my account I received exactly the bag shown in the picture except for the black lace and instead a steel wire lace (this is good). It had a small flat head screw driver to pop off the old dial, a lace (my lace was not black but was silver steel wire. Nice because it's stronger), a lace tying and measuring plate (this part is completely useless but not needed at all), and an instructional. This kit worked for replacing my BOA system on my Apex Red Wing boot because the old black lace snapped. The instructional included in the bag was sufficient, but I ended up not using the little metal plate for tying the lace because the holes in it are much too small for the lace to fit through. What. Didn't matter because after watching Youtube videos on this kit I found it's just BOA's janky way of getting you to tie the end of the laces, so I did that myself and got a good knot by using pliers to really tighten the knot.The photo is the finished result after using the kit.

Received with instructions. Unfortunately, I only received one metal string/lace and one lock plate. Not wat the picture indicated.

Ordered this replacement kit a got the cable laced up in the boot and thru the dial when I realized the kit is missing the most important part known as the lace lock! So I essentially paid for a kit that’s completely useless.

I was excited to see these on Amazon. They were 80 dollars from BOA, and for "shoelaces," that's a bit insane.Anyways, they only come with 1 lace, 1 pair of locks, and 1 "dial." The pictures are deceiving.They are easy to install. I'd say almost easier than standard shoelaces, if you know what you're doing. (Second timer)They fit perfect on my Ariat work boots with the boa system.
