Knipex is the best plier brand on the market, that of course is not up for debate. Besides Chadstoolbox.com; Amazon is the cheapest you can buy atleast this plier, and probably the quickest delivery too. Only issue being the plier comes shrink wrapped, no box or nothing. I know these pliers come in their own unique box from Knipex; and that since it came in a large box with another order that could be the reason the Knipex box is missing; but if I buy from newKnipex, I want it to arrive in the new unopened box. Cutting ability is supurb and build quality is like no other. Spend the money and buy nice tools.

Amazing. I'd rather get one good pair of cutters and enjoy them each time I use them. These fit the bill. The quality is obvious, the cutting power is excellent, and the grip is comfortable. They cost a little more than some, but to me a high quality tool is worth it.

Good cutters so i will keep them, but where is the advertised spring that I am looking for. The cheaper cutters I bought from amazon were spring loaded that way after I cut something it opens right out. Also, they cut loud compared to klein cutters.

If you're on the fence on these, take the leap and buy them! I rarely write reviews, but I had to after trying these out over the weekend. I normally buy my hand tools from Lowes or Home Depot, but after getting blisters after heavy use of my old wire cutters due to the incredible pressure I always had to apply to get them to cut fencing, decided to try out Knipex and bite the bullet by paying more than I normally would. Night and day difference! Now I can cut fencing with only minimal pressure. Saturday, I went out and cut fencing for a couple of hours with ease. No blisters, hardly a workout at all. Yeh, they are double or triple the price of local hardware store pliers, but they are worth every pennny!

Kaliteli ürün, deneme yaptım teli kestim iyi sayılır. İzeltaş da aldım birini köye götüreceğim biri İstanbul da kalacak, keşke ikisinide İzeltaş alsaydim Türk çeliği daha sağlam.

When it comes to wire, these flush cutters pack a powerful punch in a small, comfortable package. I was working on the underside of a deck that had numerous staples through it that were way too long for the application. Not only were the staples in the way, but it also only takes just a couple of them stabbing you in the head to get a real distaste for them. I had a pair of red handle Klein flush cutters that worked until i noticed i had completely chewed up the cutting surface - making them essentially useless for everything else. When i went on amazon to get another pair, I looked for another flush cutter that might be able to handle the hardness of the staple, but be easier to manage than a set of nippers.I found these, and immediately saw all the different sizes and wondered if i needed the biggest ones or would one of the smaller pairs work. After reading reviews, i landed on these and i do not regret buying them at all. Not only are they incredibly ergonomic, the cutting surface is apparently made of some steel that thinks its as hard as diamonds. The cutters made mincemeat out of the staples and left me feeling like the cutters were doing all the work - no fatigue. You feel like you should have a much larger tool in your hand than you actually do. You can see the cutting edge is still in perfect condition after cutting hundreds of staples that shredded my poor little Klein’s. These cutters are also shown next to the new pair of Klein’s. The Klein’s will always reside in my small tool pouch - they are too handy, small and inexpensive to not have a pair. Likewise these knipex cutters will always reside in my tool bag because they are a powerful tool in a relatively small package. It makes me want to try one of the larger pairs to see if they will cut nails - i would do anything to avoid having to tie both hands up with a pair of nippers.

Like another reviewer stated: I just couldn't resist purchasing for the sale price ($27 at the time) for 5.5" Knipex diagonal cutters with comfort grips. This goes in my "minis" pouch along with my 5" Cobras and 5" Pliers Wrench. Those, along with a multi screwdriver and strippers, can accomplish quite a lot.

This purchase moves my 20-years old pair of Klein 8-in Lineman's into active reserve status. It took about ten of those years to loosen up the joint enough to consider the action smooth. They were very tight. These pliers, out of the box, have a very smooth action. The joint has been oozing some tool oil, so it looks like the joint itself was lubricated from the factory, which may have some influence on that effect. I don't mean to imply that the joint feels loose. Quite the opposite. Just that it's smooth.I chose these, as opposed to one of the many other styles of cutting pliers in the Knipex catalog, because I was hoping for a tough, durable set of cutters that would be as effective as cutting up to 8 AWG copper wire as the Klein's in a slightly smaller and lighter package. I have only had these for about a month of regular use, but so far they exceed what I was expecting, even considering the price. They feel tough, at the same time light and agile, and they cut supremely well. The business end was clearly manufactured to precision tolerances and with properly treated steel.I have had another set of Knipex pliers with this composite grip for a bit longer than these, but in no way anything that can be considered a "long term". Most tools I've purchased with a "comfort grip" are not positively attached to the handle, and eventually start sliding off. Now to be fair I haven't really tried tugging on these, but when they're loose they're loose and you know it right away. I get the impression I will not be having to worry about these sliding about.Judging by the standard of "if these were stolen from you today would you replace them tomorrow" my answer after having them this short time is definitely yes, and so I give these cutters five stars.
