Works great. 6 toasting settings with ability to easily add or subtract time in 10 second intervals. Bagel setting toasts one side of the bagel only, as expected.

This is a great toaster. Good settings, bagels are toasted on the out side and soft on the inside. Love the style.

Don't waste your money on this toaster. It only worked well for a month and now it only toasts the bread on one side. I have to turn it over to do the other side. Terrible product.

I was very nervous when I read all the reviews about this product not working, not popping up, toasting unevenly or otherwise malfunctioning, but I decided to order it anyway, figuring I would return it if it was unsatisfactory. I am very pleased I did!The thing I have disliked about toasters for some time now is difficulty obtaining consistent results. You get some vague scale with a knob and have to do your best to find the right setting for toast, or bagels, or English muffins, and then someone else in the household comes along and changes it to their taste preference, and you're back to square one.I *love* that this device has a digital timer that can be precisely adjusted in 10-second increments to obtain the perfect toast, every time. This is a brilliant innovation, and I'm delighted someone has adapted it to this technology. The toaster has worked flawlessly since we bought it, and produces nice, evenly-toasted results. I wish that the slots for the crumbs to fall into the bottom waste tray were a bit larger (big crumbs stay trapped inside), but aside from that, I have no complaints.

This is my favorite toaster ever! I love how it lets you select your degree of toasting, and it comes out just how you want it! The timer to let you know how long it will take is a plus! Well made product, efficient and nice to look at! I couldn’t be happier!

I got this toaster a few weeks ago and overall am happy with how it works. The toasting levels are accurate and I love the way it looks. However, there is a low volume, high pitched ringing that comes on every time I toast anything. I saw this in other reviews so apparently it’s a common thing and it is pretty annoying. Thankfully I don’t use it too often.

I took a chance on this because you never know how "accurate" these are. But, this one is pretty nice. I like the touch screen and the toast comes out perfect. There are multiple toasting options and I haven't had an issue. The display timer is nice as well so can you time that with other food you are cooking.

I had a black and decker toaster for 20 years started to burn my bread. I was planning to buy the same brand but I was looking for a different look and this is very cute toaster and so far we just toasted slice bread and turns out golden color. We are hoping last long.

I mean where do you start. The 3 1/2 inch pop height? The 6-setting toast level dial? The beautiful pastel colors? This baby has it all. In terms of safety and ease-of-use, this is one of the best toasters out there. The wide body and low irons mean kids have to work harder to burn their little fingers, and dogs can't steal your food while it's still cookin'. The intuitive 6-level dial comes with a handy chart that shows you what each level looks like -- 1-2 mean warmed, 3-4 mean toasted, and 5-6 mean burnt. I will say that the chart I think is a slight underestimation for bagels, especially your standard Thomas Plain. I'm wary of overdoing it when it comes to #bageldays, so I set it to 3 and then run it again on 1. This is nice when I'm just cooking for me, but when you're having a bagel party this means you're giving up a solid 10-15 bph (bagels per hour) to get that perfect light brown on every one. That being said, the consistency is amazing -- 3 means 3, every time. It doesn't matter if Aunt Erma used it on 6 10 minutes ago -- 3 means 3. In terms of durability, we've only had it for a few months, but the outside still looks nice and the inside doesn't smell like burnt rubber or wires like a lot of toasters do. The cleaning tray is small and easy to pop out, dump and clean, but I do feel like it's a little too small and might be missing some of the edge crumbs. Alas, the search for the perfect build continues. But in the meantime, this is a 9/10 build and a 10/10 toaster that you can trust. Stay safe out there guys. Buy a baker's dozen of cinnamon swirl bagels and stay in your home for a almost fortnight at a time.

How did husbamf put it. As sexy as a classic Cadillac. Its smooth and sleek. Goes so well with the look of modern country in mt kitchen. The price was high for me. But that's what ya get when ya dont buy it the first time you see it.

We had another name brand toaster for about a year. Although for the most part it worked well enough, not always were the slices evenly toasted. More than that, the toaster was much larger for a 2-slice than we cared for. We looked at a lot of toasters on Amazon for a week and finally after reading reviews settled on this one.The toaster came well packed, and included three pieces of documentation-- instructions on how to use the dial on the toaster, a safety warning, and an 800 number card to call for help. We only had to view the visual instructions on how to use the darkness dial for a few seconds and then toasted. Voila-- beautifully toasted bread-- both slices. Such a pleasure after our last toaster.Now about the build and appearance. The build is top-shelf. It would look at home on a high end department shelf. It's a beautiful retro-shape-- like an old GM car with a rounded grill. The beige is a beautiful shade and looks excellent on our counter. This toaster will get 5 stars but if I had a quibble it would be this:All toasters should have easy wrap posts on the bottom for the power cable. If the legs were half an inch taller and the cable posts half an inch higher, the cable would be perfectly wrapped on the bottom and the taller legs would lift the toaster up high enough for the power plug to clear the shelf. As it is, once wrapped the toaster rocks slightly because the power plug is taller than the legs. But I feel silly even complaining about this because the entire package is such a delight to use. Beautiful design, well made, value for the cost, perfect toast-- what's not to love? Highly recommended!
