I couldn't buy this locally. Pour 1/4 cup in a black plastic trash bag with your bbq grates, tie tge bag off in a knot and leave it in the hot sun for the afternoon. You will be able to wipe the grease off. Amazing! Turns the grease to a soap, this is called saponification in chemistry.

The product is as described. Good price. The plastic bottle is kind of flimsy and will need to be replaced with something better for storage.
