Product Description

This JOWIN rotary cip cleaning balls are also known as Rotating Tank Washing Nozzles, CIP means clean in place. By circulating their spray, these cleaning balls clean faster with more even coverage and less water than fixed type cleaning balls. The liquid flowing force makes ball rotary, so the higher the pressure, the faster rotating.

  • Operates on 15-100PSI, 40-60PSI (2.7-4bar) is recommended.

Tips:

  • Please note that ball diameter is 1.5inch, make sure it can pass through the kettle port.
  • Threaded sizing-----1/2" NPT female threaded end ID is 3/4".
  • ID means inner diameter

  • Operates on 15-100PSI, 45-60PSI is recommended, the actual pressure of some 45 psi pump can not 45 psi.
