Belong to several groups listed to lots of U-tube videos but everyone seemed to recommend this booklet to a beginning. Glad I did as it has helped!

For a beginner this pattern covers all the potential problems one might encounter. The pattern creator includes yardage requirements, batting type and length. The instructions are detailed and I am excited to start my rug now that I have gathered my materials.

So sorry I purchased this very expensive pamphlet!. I watched several YouTube videos on how to make the rug and most of them suggested you purchase this pamphlet as you are supposed to learn all sorts of extra tips and tricks from it. So, I purchased it and there is absolutely NOTHING in the poorly written, elementary illustrated pamphlet that you do not see in the videos. In fact, the pamphlet is really confusing since you are reading someone's idea of how to make the rug rather than actually seeing it made in the videos. A total waste!

I have it almost finished. Only can't get it to shape into an oval right. Working on it and hopefully with the help of my fabric shop (Stitch by Stitch in Crestview FL) I will be able to finish it soon.

As I haven't tried this jelly roll rug at present,the instructions booklet looke easy enough to follow and having YouTube which has this tutorial helps if I get stuck. Looking forward to try this jelly roll rug out.
