Very well built! Like a good screw driver. The electrical unit inside is like a pill and removable. Only thing, I wish it could test continuity without needing power input. In otherwords, be nice to have a battery to test continuity on a powerless system. I have a cheep one of them though. YES YOU NEED ONE, so easy to check a car or mower battery. Good to have in a car. Only used once on my mower today and could see the possibilities!

A nice update to the old style test lights, with a convenient and easy to read digital display to see the actual voltage instead of just a basic light. The voltage display is accurate when compared to my Fluke multimeter it was identical in readings. Nice sharp but small tip for easily puncturing wire sheathing without leaving a huge hole. Dual polarity allows for testing of ground circuits with a - symbol clearly displayed, great for trailer light testing and diagnosis. Large alligator clip is easy to get a clamp on most nay grounded surface.

This test light has been a real help in my garage. The LCD screen is easy to read, which is great when you're working in tight spaces. I've used it on fuses and batteries, and it's saved me a bunch of time. The long wire is perfect for reaching tricky spots in the engine bay.It's not perfect, though. The build feels a bit cheap when it's fully extended, so you need to be careful. The instructions could be clearer, especially if you're new to this kind of tool. It took some trial and error to figure out all the features. But once you get used to it, it's pretty simple to use. For the price, it's a good buy, especially if you're dealing with electrical issues in your car.
