This is a great item to have in your emergency medical bag. Whether you are an off-duty Doctor, Nurse, EMT, or just want to have it for your medical bag for a SHTF scenario, this is a must have. It is one of those things that is good to have even if you never need. It is better to have one and not need it then to need it and not have one.
