Worth every penny. Very precise and clean built. Locks are rigid. No friction in the springs. The set of 5 makes it versatile (8-150mm). Comes in nice packaging. Accompanied pouch with printed range on it makes it handy to store. A collectors' item!

I'm usually very impressed with insize tools. The quality you get for the price is great. But as said in another review, there are a couple of these that are ground flat rather than with a radius. Which may only give you couple tenths to a thousandth difference. But when working with bearing fits, that could be a problem. Regardless, I'm pretty happy with the set, for machinists on a budget these will work.Still makes me wonder why insize would do that, never heard of any other brands that do this or have this issue.

Ends should have a radius on them but the three largest ones were flat on the end

Decent set. Pretty accurate, I think I've only been off 0.001", and that could have been user error. Got these in placement of a much more expensive set I was using and they work just as well, if not better than that set.I was very pleased with this set. I have one gauge that has discoloration on it, but I think that was from letting someone who electroplates use it, and it might have got messed up from him.I would recommend these. Quality is pretty good, just needs someone with experience. Once you have the experience, they work great.
