It looks bulky in the pic but it actually is thin and fits really close to your body the fabric is lightweight and it adjustable on the sides. It works as described ,try it if you don’t like it return it. It’s really comfortable. For reference I’m 5’3 & 125 lbs. completely worth the money. You’ll burn twice as many calories 🔥

What I really like about this vest is that the weights can be adjusted (I’m new to this so starting light), it fits great, the weights are not on my neck or shoulders, so way more comfy for me. I’m using it while walking and even though it was more expensive than the other 2 I tried, the advantages are completely worth it.

A physical therapist who tested many brands recommended this brand. Size runs small, so I recommend getting one size larger.As part of an experiment, I wore this vest 8 hours a day for 3 weeks. It was comfortable to wear for most of that time, and it looks the same as when I first took it out of the box! The material is breathable yet durable. I like the design - the weights are placed around the abdomen/lower back.After my experiment, one of my friends who didn’t know about my experiment noticed that I had lost inches.Perfect for anyone who wants to lose weight/inches and/or build bone/muscle mass.

I've been using this vest now just over three months and I'm very happy with it. This vest was suggested for me to strengthen my bones becasue of osteoporosis. It fits perfect and is comfortable to wear. No compaints what so ever!! I have slowly added the weights to it. For reference I'm 5'1", weigh 116 and 36B, I got a small, Its made well and quite adjustable.

This vest design was well thought out for us ladies. Greatly appreciate the bungee side cords to allow a more custom and comfortable fit. Love that it's a full zip vest which feels very secure. No slipping and sliding as I'm moving. I was skeptical, but surprisingly not at all bulky and fits well under my winter coat for outdoor activities. Most appreciate the ability of adding the 1/2 lb. weights gradually so I don't hurt my back. Very pleased with this vest.

I bought other weighted vests from Amazon and they were all made abroad with horrible factory smells so had to return. This one has no odor and is so comfortable! I love that I can adjust the weights up to 10 lbs. and the fact that it is washable. It also comes with a one year warranty. Will update review if it doesn’t last that long but it looks and feels high-quality!

I wear this vest every single day on my hour walks and it is comfortable, adjustable and enjoyable. It adds to the difficulty of my walks which is ideal, I get more of a workout and am comfortable. Can not recommend this product enough. You actually want to wear it and it is not bulky. The other types of weighted vest put to much pressure on your shoulders and back. Because this vest zips up and holds tight against your body all over your torso, the weight is distributed and is easy to carry.

My Dr. reccomended a weighted vet to help reverse mild osteopenia. I tried a few and liked Hyper Vest the best. It is well worth the price. Sized for a female shape, comfortable, adjustable and you increase weight load overtime. I tried a vest that is shorter and found that it sites too heavily on the shoulders. Not looking for shoulder work but evenly distributed weight. I wear it a few hours a day. Right now I am at 5lbs. For refernece, I am 5' 3" and 120 lbs. The small was perfect. However its a bit tighter in the chest area. I am a 34B and there isn't much room for expansion!

I'm 5'2 and 53 kg and it fits me perfectly (small 10 lb). Very well made and quite stylish for a piece of equipment. A bit more expensive, but worth it. I did a 8k walk and it was a different feeling than my backpack with twice the weight. A pack distributes the weight to the hips and this vest weighs more on the shoulders. This is the only negative for me, but perhaps I will get use to it as I get stronger. I'd recommend it for small women who struggle with larger vests.

I'm a UK buyer and would highly recommend buying this vest. The delivery from the USA was quicker than advertised with no issues. The vest is brilliant. Being able to build the weight up gradually works really well. It's really comfortable and easy to wear. The drawcords at the sides give great flexibility in adjusting the fit. They are long, as others have said, but could easily be cut. I just tuck them up out of the way. I tend to wear this under my jumper or jacket. It has added a great (and buildable) level of challenge to my walks and supplements my weights programme perfectly. Having a vest that is washable was important to me and this one is just that. The weights come out of the pockets and you're left with an easily washable garment. It is more expensive than others but, definitely worth it for me.

this weighted vest is comfortable and easy to wear for smaller boned women ... I bought the medium and it fits perfectly without being bulky ... although I often wear small in exercise wear in this case the size chart is true to size and I'm glad I picked M ... the weights are easy to distribute and it does not place undue strain on any areas of concern in my spine ... the lacing at the sides makes any adjustments easy ... I live in a hot climate and this vest will be suitable all year round, not too hot for summer

I bought the vest after being diagnosed with osteoporosis due to long term steroids. Up to now it is working a treat (although I haven’t had it very long) I haven’t suffered with much backache since using the vest whilst on long walks
