Hygloss cardboard sheets are great to use as a backing for photos, documents and posters. Also use them as a border when framing your special awards and certificates! These cardboards offer a variety of creative uses. Decorate the smooth white surface of these cardboards with markers, paint and other crafting materials. Also create stencils or cut-outs for scrapbooking or other projects. Each sheet measures 8 x 10 inches. Thickness is usually 28 pt. but may vary between 26-30 pt. These sheets are crafted with sturdy tagboard, making them ideal for long-lasting durability. These cardboard sheets are perfect for adding an extra layer of protection for mailers or as a shipping pad for your photos, keepsakes and important documents. Hygloss Products Chipboard is proudly made in the USA and 100% recycled. One side is white and the other side is gray or brown. The white side is made from clay coated kraft paper.

I really like these boards which are great for my Star Trek autographed photo albums. They are just the right thickness for photo albums and very sturdy. I highly recommend this item!

I use these as backer boards for silent auction bid sheets (ergo, the double sided tape in the photo), rather than heavier, bulkier clipboards. They work well for that purpose by providing a smooth, hard surface underneath the paper for writing. But all four corners of each board were damaged in some way — wrinkled, crumpled, curled. In this day and age you’d think they could come up with a solution to that. Of course, the fate of the silent auction was not dependent on perfect corners, but if that is important to you, beware.
