The Houseables Roller Stand is heavy-duty and handles tasks with ease. It's very simple to adjust the height, and the rollers glide smoothly, making it perfect for supporting materials during woodworking. I appreciate how sturdy it feels, and it’s also foldable for convenient storage. Ideal for anyone working with heavy wood or tools that need extra support.

ReviewsByMuseI had one of these from my Dad but was looking to get another one. Along comes this product and it's perfect! It was easy to assemble and really works great when we're indexing material through our table saw, supports for our radial arm saw and we're considering using it for our new CNC machine. They really have been very helpful and just what we needed to make our process more efficient.

One of the features I like about this 2 pack Houseables Adjustable Roller Stands is the ease of assembly. It took me about 15 minutes to unpack, layout, inspect, get familiar with the parts, and then assemble. Some things could use improvement, such as one of the inner slides (which have burred edges, I might add) was stuck and had to be forced out of the outer slide, and one of the foot bars didn't have the plastic feet completely attached. But everything else went smoothly. It easily folds flat for convenient storage or transport. The height adjustment needs to be tightened firmly, almost to the point of indenting the inner slide to prevent it from slipping out of adjustment with heavy loads on it. The clamping handle, being plastic, is a point of distrust for me. Although it seems to tighten firmly, I don't know what the breaking point is.Testing it on a 12 foot board, the roller turns smoothly and without much effort.Laterally it seems to be very stable on a level surface. Much more stable and convenient than the tripod base stand I'm replacing. So, all things considered, this is a decent, affordable set of roller stands for the DIYer or weekend hobbyist. If I was a professional who uses roller stands for a living, I might choose something of higher quality if available.

I had no idea this sort of thing even existed till Amazon recommended it to me. Many times I’ve balanced one end of a long wooden plank on my workbench and the other on the back of a chair that’s APPROXIMATELY the right height for sawing the piece and then fumbled it keeping it in balance. With these “Houseables Adjustable Roller Stand, Outfeed Roller Stands for Woodworking, 2 Pack” that is no longer a problem. These stands are well-made of metal and easily adjust to EXACTLY the height required for the project. I will say that they are a bit of a challenge to assemble, specifically positioning the dowel just right to line up with the bolt that connects the two legs together. But I found after a short period of frustration, that applying tape to the dowel holes once it’s perfectly lined up made screwing it together quite simple. The rollers spin very easily. The stands are very stable when assembled. They fold down to allow for storage. I can see all kinds of uses that I will get out of these. I would make one teenie noodgy suggestion to the manufacturer. Maybe a small clamp to hold the rollers in a fixed position. That might be useful for some project applications. But that is not meant to be a criticism, just a suggestion. So, yeah, these “Outfeed Roller Stands for Woodworking” are pretty nifty. Something I never knew I needed but very glad I own!

For several years, the outfeed support on my miter saw was a couple pieces of wood on top of the garbage can. I do have another roller stand, but it is much bigger, bulky to move, and not very stable. It's still tucked away under the tablesaw outfeed. No reason; just lazy. LOL. So I was intrigued with these roller stands when I saw them listed.I like these stands because they are fairly compact, especially when folded, and are very stable. The roller bracket is formed from 12 gauge steel, so it should stand up to abuse. The square tube legs are 16 gauge, but being square tube, should be durable. That being said, I had a failure on one of my stands before I could even use it. The nut for the clamping handle was improperly welded, and 2 tack welds cleanly separated from the tube, and the 3rd weld cleanly separated from the nut. Yes, this renders the stand completely useless, but it is a simple enough repair to make.Because I haven't read of others making the same complaint, I assume this non-penetrating weld was a one-off error. So I won't make too big of a deal out of it. Aside from the poor weld, these are 5-star stands. Due to the weld, I'm knocking them down by one.

I bought these specifically to help me manage 10 foot, 4x8 beams while I used a power miter saw. They were not up to the task. The rollers would not stay level under the weight which led to the beams falling off while I was trying to make cuts. Very dangerous for your fingers - and your feet. I would not use these for anything but lighter weight panels.
