Everything about this foldable scaffolding is fine, except that there's 6-8 inches of the platform past the legs. I had a bad fall today from not realizing I was getting too close to the far edge past the legs. I'm not heavy person but I went down very hard on asphalt.I will keep this to do the work I do, however I will put a bright yellow adhesive vinyl on both edges so I see not to step there. I think the manufacturer should either redesign a scaffolding like it but safer. Or put a bright yellow marking on those far edges past the legs. Thanks.

OK, I've used this a couple of times now, and here are my initial impressions:First, it is a fairly large platform, and it is rated for over 300 pounds, so I feel I could be standing on it with a couple buckets of paint, tools or whatever and still be well within limits. Setting it up takes a few steps, as you have to unfold it, then unfold the legs, and then secure everything in place, some of which needs to be secured by tightening wing nuts. Everything works well enough, but it does take more time than my other work platform where I just unfold the legs and snap the safety in place and go. However, the real reason I got this is because of the height adjustability. With my other platform, standing on it I could reach the ceiling, but my wife or kids could not, so if I were hanging crown molding or similar, they had difficulty helping me. This one starts out taller, and then on top of that the legs telescope for even more height. IMO, the extra height is the biggest advantage of this platform, which also leads to the next biggest advantage: The legs can be adjusted individually. So, if you are on your front porch you can have one set of legs extended, and if the other set is a step or two higher, you just don't extend them as much, and it sits level. Each leg is independent, so if you have only one leg on a step in a corner, you can make just that one leg shorter. The legs have very secure adjustments every inch or two, and if for some reason you need to have a leg partway in between, there is also a wing nut you can tighten to lock the leg in between the hard settings (but in my mind the wing nut won't be as secure as the main lock would be).Overall quality is average, it works as it should, but a few pieces rattle a little, and the welds are OK but nothing to brag about. Construction is steel, which makes it a little heavier than aluminum would be, but I can weld steel so I can fix any cracks that might show up over time, so for me that is a wash.To sum it up, build quality is fine for normal use, folding and unfolding can be a little clunky, but the adjustability is above and beyond any other platform I have used, and it can be set much higher than my other platforms.

Easy to setup. Sturdy. Used fully extended to 45” height. Was careful to wear safety belt but felt confident while working from that height outside near a creek. Good engineering, well made.

It is very cheaply made bad welds and sharp edges
