There is no doubt that this is a heavy duty tool that feels like it was built specifically for professionals. The problem I faced was that there were no full instructions to tell me how to operate it. After trying it out on a couple of doors that had gaps as well as unevenness, I thought there was a chance that the door frames could be damaged as I adjusted the hinges. It did help a couple of doors, though it may be slightly less effective compared to what professionals use. It would certainly be especially appropriate if a handyman who has used it before and doesn't need instruction were to use this product.

This is certainly a heavy duty tool that gives the impression that it is designed for professionals. The downside for me was that there wasn't a thorough instruction manual to show me how to use it. After trying it out on a couple of doors that had gaps as well as a couple of uneven doors, I was concerned that the door frames might be damaged when adjusting the hinges. It did work on a few doors, but probably not as well as a connoisseur would use it. If you have an experienced handyman who doesn't need guidance to use it, this product should be perfect.
