Love love my shower. Easy to install nice eater flow like a rain shower. Also I'm tall and it will adjust higher than the actual shower. Very nice.

The shower head I got as a gift needed an extension arm and this works for the shower head we had and it works amazing. Comes with plumbers tape and tool to assemble it. The box was a little beat up but the product was in perfect shape.

Good price and nice design. Looks as pictured. Shower head not included. Main reason for low rating is the leak that I can’t get rid of in the middle. It’s a small drip so still usable but annoying.

I got a new waterfall/hand held shower combo for my birthday. The hand held part is amazing, but the waterfall part was no where near being above my head and kind of just sprayed into my face. We got this extension because it was black like the shower head. It installed really easily. It came with a gasket to fit the new shower head and to make sure it fit the apartment shower head connector thingy. It took me a few minutes to get it adjusted to the right height and angle, but after that I was in heaven. I could have lovely hot water pouring down from above and spraying over my chest. It was lovely. Next, I need an endless supply of hot water, but that's a product for another day.

This Hibbent 16" Extension Shower arm is absolutely superb. It's amazing that for $35 you get a heavy duty fixture (brass I think - not plastic or even cheap metal) that is built like they used to build things! This arm articulates in 3 ways and allows me to reposition the shower head higher and at the back of the wall in my tiny shower stall. It's easy to adjust by hand (wing-nut type nuts) if you want to reposition as you need it (like to lower it for someone else). The fixture comes well wrapped in a box, with very good instructions, including troubleshooting ideas for several problems, none of which I had. But if something were to go wrong, the instructions have the answers. They include extra O-rings and black washers (not needed yet, but nice to have). They also provide a generous roll of teflon tape and a wrench! This thing is great; works perfectly, easy to install, fantastic value. I wish this company would make all the things we need! Highly recommended.
