Very nice and sturdy. You need to assemble but it was fairly easy. It really made our older fire pit look nice again!

The product is fine, but for the materials and construction required it really is quite overpriced by at least 50%

This is one of the worst products to assemble that I’ve ever bought. It comes in 4 separate quadrants, with a center bolt tightened at the top connecting them, presumably so that you can fan out the pieces and just attach the other bolts. WRONG!! They do not fit together, the holes don’t even come close to lining up (see first two pics). We had to take it apart and try all different variations of which quadrant connects to which, in which order, to actually get holes to line up. Even then, the pieces do not lay flush (1/2 inch gap, see last picture) and the top bolt barely lines up. One of us had to pull with all our weight outward to jam the bolt through. Be ready to waste 30 min of your time.

The pieces of the screen do not fit together. We finally it put together put my husband had to drill one of prefab holes to make it fit together. It took us 2 hours. I am not sure why it is so hard to create accurate fittings! It is a nice screen but for the money assembly is not worth it!!!

Product is decent quality, but the assembly process is not straightforward. The center already has the bolt attached and the instructions say to keep the center bolt in and connect the rest of the pieces together by inserting the 4 screws & nuts in the holes on the outside edges. Sounds easy enough, right? Yeah I thought so too, until you see that the holes don’t line up and you can’t just muscle the pieces into alignment. You will see that some of the pieces have to go on top of other pieces for the holes to line up, which is a puzzle to figure out because it doesn’t come pre-assembled correctly. At least mine didn’t. What I ended up doing was taking the center bolt out and connecting the outside edges first. Had to switch them around a lot to figure out which ones fit on top of the others AND still have the holes line up in the center. Eventually it all fit together without drilling or bending anything, but it wasn’t intuitive or simple. If you get frustrated by things like this, this one will try your patience. You might say to yourself, “no way it can be that difficult.” I’m pretty good at assembling things, and this simple 4 bolt assembly probably took me 45 minutes. The end product came out great though.

We needed a replacement ans are excited to use this 30” round heavy duty fire pit mesh spark screen cover. It’s sturdy yet lightweight, was easy to assemble and will work wonderfully on our outdoor fire pit. Handle is great for removing with our fire poker and the mesh is tight enough to let the heat out and keep the dangerous sparks in. This is pretty pricey but well worth it!

We needed a replacement cover for our fire pit and this fit it perfectly. Much heavier than the one that came with it. I don't have to worry about bits flying out when light.
