would’ve saved me a lot of time if I’d had this years ago! Works great on wood, stainless steel, aluminum.

Mounted in the drill press it spun centered and clean. The t-handle bar , as others have mentioned does slide through the hole in the reamer easily and can get lost. No way to really solve that since it must be removable. Just take care with it.

What great tool. I use this almost solely to make the knob holes in guitars larger to fit bigger, better pots into. Drilling out the holes is very sketchy, if the bit isn't super sharp you tear up the paint for sure, and maybe the hole to. This tool makes it so easy, you're in control and move at slow enough speed that you stop all that damage from happening. In short it works incredibly well, and reduces risk of damage.

NOTE: this tool features a 1/4" hex quick-connect shank. When installed in a power-driven tool , and operating at a VERY SLOW rpm, the tip wobbles 1/4".This will result in some serious problems and may cause damage to a workpiece and the power tool wobbles/vibrates.Also, the t-handle fits very loose---it doesn't stay fixed when inserted in the shank. It falls right out, which can get lost---there is NO retaining feature to keep the handle in place. The t-handle also easily slides thru the hole and causes problems when used with a hand-turning motion.I'd guess this tool was designed by a 3rd grader---and not someone who uses such a tool.Returning this unit---hope to get a suitable replacement. IF NOT---then this tool should be taken off the market and rendered with the QC adapter.NOTE: received replacement unit. Much better---doesn't wobble like the first unit. Loose handle fixed---added center-punch marks to shaft resulted in a tighter fit in the hole.

I needed a mounting hole just a bit larger than my largest drill bit. The reamer worked great in 3/32" sheet aluminum.

Easy to use with a drill, really sharp. I have more control with a drill than manually turning by hand
