I just recieved this speaker, put the batteries in the wireless microphones and they won't turn on. Waiting for replacement microphones to be sent to me, hopefully!

Less than a yr with it and it stopped working. Spent almost $200 for this to only last less than a year. The last one I had from another brand lasted years. So disappointed!

We recently started having outdoor movie nights in our back yard, and while our projector has a built in speaker system, we wanted something a little louder (in preparation for college football, lol).This speaker has built in Bluetooth, so connection to our projector was pretty seamless, and now we have all the volume we'll need for movies or sports!

This speaker is really light weight. In fact it is so light weight, I don't know why it is so big and I don't know why it has an extendable handle and wheels. I think the size is all for show. It is not using all that space for some amazing speaker inside. I've used high end speakers of similar size and this speaker is maybe a fourth of the weight of the other speakers. You can easily carry this in one hand with little effort. It does have a semi loud speaker but once again, it is not as loud as the heavier high end speakers I've used in the past. The volume of this would work well for a smallish room. I think if you got two of them and put them up on a stand, they would work well for a medium size room with not too noisy people. You are not going to be DJing any big events with these speakers. I like that these are wireless. The battery is pretty good but it is annoying that the charging port is in the front of the speaker. If I find myself hosting more events, I would consider buying one more speaker because it has a great option for bluetoothing two speakers together but I'm not sure the price point is worth it. I think the best things about this speaker is the wireless option and the easy connectivity. My phone connects really well via bluetooth and you can connect via USB and AUX cables as well. The microphones connect smoothly every time as well. I like that the mics don't require you to speak directly pointed at the top. There is some wiggle room so you keep a pretty good sound from speaking into the mics. The mics also have a really good range as well. I tested it out and got about 70 or 80 feet away before the sound started disconnecting. I'm pretty sure if the room is small enough to hear the speaker well, you will be able to walk anywhere in the room with the mic with perfect connection.I do wish that the mics has volume control on them and I wish it had come with a nice bag or container for all the cords and mics. I'll have to get something to put them in.

Our discussion group of 20-30 includes several folks who have limited hearing. This speaker and the microphones solves the problem. I position the speaker on a small table at one end of the room and the members sit in a rectangle at several long tables. The power from the built-in batteries easily lasts for a two-hour meeting. I have not yet tried it for a second meeting without recharging. We will buy a set of 4 additional microphones to make it 6 (one for each table, one for the chair, and one for the main speaker). The speaker will also work when we have a featured lecturer. This is an excellent system that solves long-standing problems.
