Solid construction, all parts included, easy to install. Looks great and offers great flexibility!! This snazzy piece of hardware was EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was able to repurpose a hand-held shower (Moen) along with a Kohler showerhead. Best of both worlds. Documentation was great - took me less than 10 minutes to install. Study metal - zero drips. Water pressure is great, even when I split the flow (50/50) to both sides. Matches the 'satin nickel' finish!!I wish all projects could be this easy!

I bought this so I could use a handheld with my existing shower head. Worked perfectly. I was able to do it myself (65 yo female) but I am a regular DIY girl. It was so easy. Instructions were spot on. Seems like well made stuff.

The "doesn't leak" headline is the most important. I used the plastic plumber's tape on the threads and no leaking at all. The size is perfect - I didn't realize there was a standard mounting bracket size for handheld showerheads, but apparently there is as this fits with two completely different handheld showerheads (bought over 15 years apart) on flexible metal hose.The finish doesn't chip off and the valve has a smooth and positive opening and closing. Very pleased with the design and that it came with a small spool of plumber's tape and the necessary tightening tool.

Got this after trying out the valve with the extension (see separate review). I chose this valve because it's fine for this particular shower and the extended version wasn't really needed. Plus it's a few dollars less.This valve is very well built. It rotates smoothly, doesn't leak and its finish is very nice (bright chrome. The installation is relatively straight forward and pretty simple. The supplied instructions are good but could be better. I applied Teflon tape 3 to 4 wraps around the threads of the water supply pipe (clockwise). Also applied tape to threads that attach to shower head. No tape for hose connection (Delta 7 Hand Shower) because it's not needed.This valve directs water flow to either shower or allows both to work simultaneously. Water pressure drop is negligible.Highly recommend..

This is actually metal and came as advertised. Looks good and works really well. Easy to install and works better than the junky plastic one that came with my showery order.

I bought this product because I had constant leaking issues with those DIY Shower Head & Handheld shower hose kits. The "push on" connectors to your water inlet provided in those kits always leaked. This little diverter screwed on to my shower water inlet & gave me the option for a non-leaking shower head & handheld shower. It looks great. Stoked! Will buy another for my second bathroom now that I know it works well!

The unit is solid. All metal. It installed easily with included Teflon tape and wrench. The control of flow between the two outputs is AWESOME. So easy to turn and adjust and you can get it really precise.The one issue is the bracket for the handshower is NOT big enough to hold my shower wand from Delta. The fitting of the hose to the wand, which goes into the bracket is too big and it will not stay in the bracket. So I will have to find another product with the bigger wand holding bracket.

Who does this? Includes gaskets and Teflon tape AND a key? Good job ! Well built smooth operation and all you need to install. When I disassembled the old diverter I had to use an adjustable wrench because no23 was not one of the keys I had. It took a long time and many scratches on the chrome finish. I installed the new one easily and scratch free. Thank you!

Well built and easy to install. Works in both modes or if you situate the lever in the middle you can get water from both the shower head and the handheld. Recommended.
