I purchased this to use as a bedside clock. It is easy to read and not too bright at night. It is intuitive to set and has the typical options that are expected on an alarm clock. Overall, it's a good little clock.

Exactly what I was looking for! I just wanted a digital clock so that when I woke up during the night I could just glance over to see the time without a bright light glaring back at me. This is just what I needed. And the best thing is you can adjust the brightness from very soft blue lighting to extra bright. Great buy and a great value!

Settings make this a great alarm clock for the dark nighttime hours. Check out the alarm sounds that wake you up, pretty neat. You can also set a normal old fashion alarm sound.

Great Alarm Clock! I bought one for myself, then immediately purchased a second one the following day for my granddaughter. We love these clocks. The display is large, easy to see and dimmable for better sleep at night. It has 3 different alarm sounds to choose from. If you purchase one for yourself or someone else, you won't be disappointed.

When we dropped cable, we had no more clock in the living room and bedroom. These are perfect. I can see the time without my glasses so I'm loving them. Hoping they last quite a while.My son lost his cable box too, and when he saw mine, he wanted one too.

I had previously bought a retro styled clock in moss green, with gold hands that immediately got stuck on each other and stopped working. The color scheme also made the clock face hard to read (gold on green etc) so when I threw that out, I resolved to be ergonomical and just buy a digital clock I could easily read from anywhere in the room. This fit the bill. It was economically priced, I liked the blue LED instead of the usual red, the face has a slight curve that gives the unit a little sense of design, it's very easy to set up and I like that it has a power plug (USB out to A/C adaptor) instead of batteries or having to charge it periodically (although charging is an option). There is an alarm feature, although I don't use it as I'm using this clock in my living room. I've only had it about a month but so far I'm very pleased!

UPDATE: After seeing my review the seller reached out to me and provided a refund and an upgraded model to replace the defective clock, and I did not need to return the defective clock. This is "above and beyond" customer service that demonstrates their interest in serving the customer. Making things right for the customer is part of the equation of overall customer service. I am upgrading my 1-star review to a 5-star review due to their follow through and prompt communication. MY INITIAL REVIEW: I've owned bedside clocks for decades. In fact, I only bought this one because the large numbers are easy to read without my glasses during the night. Well I'm extremely disappointed that the lighted section of the upper right corner of the screen's numbers suddenly stopped illuminating. So you can't tell what the number is therefore rending it useless as a reliable device that tells time. I'm stuck with it now because the window of return was only an astounding 30 days. Like I said, all the clocks I've ever owned last for decades and this one lasted 90 days. Now, I'm going to go back to using my old clock that I bought in the early 2000s. How's that for longevity. I'm open to replacements, but the seller will not likely read this review nor care about making things right. But I'm still open. Tip: Do not buy this clock if you want to know what time it is. It's not able to meet the basic qualifications of a clock.

We just needed a basic (without any of the unnecessary "extra" features like color-changing, date, +remote, etc.) clock to put out in our living room that had large numbers that could be seen clearly from across the room. This did the job perfectly! Numbers are clear, and there's a dimming feature as well if you want them to be fainter. It has basic clock functions as well, but, we honestly haven't tried them because we haven't had a need to mess with them. The clock itself is pretty self-explanatory and easy to use, and works for the purpose we bought it for: to just be something to tell time and be visible from far away and at day or night.The reason why we're giving it a 4/5 stars is because the bottom/stand portion is made from super cheap plastic. Ours came broken/split on one of the corners despite being in a box within the larger shipping box. Even broken, the clock still stands though, which was why we didn't bother to return or replace it. Nothing a quick line of super glue won't fix!

Update: purchased just over 8 months ago, and now suddenly one of the LED lines has died. The lower left vertical bar no longer illuminates, so now when it's 8:00, it reads as 9:00, which is rather disconcerting! I didn't expect to have a problem this early; down one star.I wanted a small clock to put near my TV in my "den", because I'm usually watching TV there and lose track of time. I had an older digital clock with red LEDs, but it's just too dim to work in that room. I wasn't looking for an alarm or anything fancy, just something to tell me the time.This clock does just that (plus it has an alarm). The numerals are bright enough to read, even though it's placed near a window. It seems to be fairly accurate (2 months old, and pretty much on time). It is listed as having a USB plug, and I guess it does, however I was expecting a normal computer type USB cord. The plug/cable that came with it is a little short for my needs, so it would have been nice to be able to substitute a longer one.Biggest surprise - it doesn't adjust for DST. Granted, the description doesn't say it does but in this day and age, I was surprised to wake up this morning and notice that the display still showed standard time. It was easy enough to set the time, but it did seem a little odd (unless I missed a feature somewhere). Fortunately, I'm not using it to wake me up. It's certainly not something that would keep me from buying another one, but just a heads up for people who may need that feature.

Comes with all necessary bits.Feels fairly robust.Fantastic, clear, easy to read time display, bright enough. Night time setting is great, it's dim enough not to be bothersome but clear enough to see when you wake in the night.Alarm fine, pretty easy to use & set.Looks far more expensive than its very low, under £20 price.Huge sales numbers are justified.Stop looking, buy this one.

Super 5 * They thought of everything. Can even power off main screen and just have projected time on ceiling. Three different brightness settings ..... What cunning life force thought of this?
