About this item

  • Rolling Capo is used by many famous musicians
  • You can change the key even with the continuous playing, so there is no need to remove it, and you can slide it over the nut when not in use
  • The Glider Capo stabilizes tuning with the Equi-Glide dual tensioning system that equals pressure on the bass and treble side neck regardless of position
  • The conventional capo also eliminates the phenomenon of the tuning that increases when you put it on

Good capo. Fast to change positions with. It's not as easy to put on initially as a Kaiser, but it's a good capo.

I bought this and one of the $5 knock-off versions at the same time. Having both side by side, there are minor color differences in the metal and rubber, which translate to a slight difference in feel. This product feels slightly nicer than the knock-off. Functionally, however, I notice no differences between the two. They both minimally affect the tuning to the same degree and both move just as easily from the front or back. Perhaps longterm usage will reveal a difference, but right now I can't justify the $30 price difference. I'd have to say go with the knock-off for value. Either way they work great and do what I wanted them to do. Lower stars due to the lower value.

Easy to set up, and easy to use. Works perfectly for my purposes. You will have to spot tune your guitar now and then, but that’s true of every capo.

3,000円くらいで買いました。カポをスライドするだけで使えるのでかなり便利ですが、そもそもカポを使わなかったりチューニングを変えて……となると不便ですね。でもこのタイプのカポを一つ持っていても損はないと思います。

The sliding capo design is kinda cool and it works well on my 6 string acoustic. The rolling does take some adjusting to as you will find it slides left to right if you don't roll really even. That's when you'll get a buzzing sound. This capo isn't one size fits all tho, I have a tenor guitar that it will not work well with as the back of the neck is very thick. So the capo would not close. I purchased two of these for my Blueridge and my Vagabond and they work well, even, and do keep things in tune from fret to fret. But as I said... this capo is not for all size guitars. I'm still a little unsure if the capo resting before the Nut when not in use is a good idea (pressure), jury is out on that. I may update this down the road.

This is a decent capo, holds pretty tight without causing as many tuning issues "side" capos tend to cause. (less string bending when putting it on). I like being able to slide it easily. HOWEVER - it advertises itself as being able to be roll beyond the nut (onto the headstock) for when you don't want the capo on. I did this on my vintage guild D35 and it applied so much pressure it broke the edge of the nut off by the high E string. I don't see any way I could have prevented this, I was using it as described, and there's no tightness adjustment. It's a shame, it's an interesting design, but I won't be using it on any guitars I care about going forward. If you buy it, just be VERY careful when rolling it past the nut, or better yet, just take the capo off when you don't want to use it like a normal one.

I saw the ad for the Glider on Facebook, it looked like a really good idea. I rarely order anything thru Facebook, I go to Amazon or eBay to see if they have it. It's usually cheaper, ships faster and with Prime you get free shipping. Amazon has the Glider for the same price as the ad on Facebook, $34.99. When I scrolled down, I found this one called Lrong for $5.99. Okay. I decided to try both and compare. They both work great, they roll easily and put enough tension on the strings so that there's no buzzes or rattles. When not in use, I can roll it over the nut and it doesn't change the tuning of the guitar. The shaft on the Glider is a little bit thicker diameter and the rubber looks a little more pliable. It's possible the Glider is using and higher grade of steel, it's hard to discern. Other than that I can't see a difference. Time will tell if the springs on the Lrong will remain strong enough to keep sufficient pressure on the strings but for now I'm giving them both 5 stars. If it doesn't, I'm only out $5.99. I'm keeping both, one for my Martin and the other for my Breedlove.

I read all the reviews and watched the videos about this capo, and decided to give it a try. I am very impressed, it is made of high quality materials, functions exactly as advertised. My guitar stays in tune no matter how many times I glide it up and down the neck. Operation of it, at least for me, is just as easy as shown in the video by now departed Greg Bennet. If you would rather have a different one and spend a little less money, or enjoy unclamping and repositioning capos, then that's fine too, as it's your choice. This is by far the best capo I've ever had, and I'm very picky about what I attach to my Taylor 814ce dlx. I highly recommend it based on what I heard about it, what I received, and the results I'm getting from it.

I bought two of these for both of my performance guitars. They are fantastic at keeping the correct fret pressed down with no buzzing, regardless of where of the fret it's located. I also love how I can just roll it into the headstock when I don't need it.However, I purchased this thinking I'd be able to side it easily between frets while playing. I wanted to be able to do a key change without actually changing up the chords. But it's very difficult to slide in the middle of a song without coming to a full stop.Regardless, I'm very happy with how they work and how durable they are. I just wish they were easier to slide mid-strum

Bought this as a gift for someone learning guitar (hey, no matter how long we have been playing we are all still learning). She wanted to link two songs but capo in different positions. This allows her to make a seamless transition. Her teacher is so impressed, he wants one as well.
