So my first complaint is petty, the Caduceus is not correct. Most medical professionals know and use the rod of Asclepius, but aesthetics. Inside the front cover is a very helpful reminder of the Glasgow coma scale for both adults and pediatrics and a trauma scale. Very nice, but missed an opportunity for something on the back. The paper is not so weather proof, but given that this is something to be shred after the call that is less needed in most places. Tear out the pages as you go. Pens and highlighters did not bleed through, but marker did. This would fit in your pants pocket or larger shirt pocket. This four pack is a good value for yourself or to share with partners.
