I use these to record my vinyl on for my car and to bounce my digital mixes on from logic. Good tape sound that adds warmth to any recording . For the price, you cant beat it.Edit: Coming back to say NOT worth the price now.... Why an $11 jump in price???

In the late 70's, Fuji quickly got a reputation for their DR1 normal bias being capable of withstanding +3 recording without saturation and IMHO, it still remains! Highs aren't ear piercing as other tapes may be however, detail is to-die-for! If your deck has HX pro, you'll ❤️ this tape, you can saturate it and it's more than satisfying for most genres. I've found that type II and type IV s/b used for jazz or classical music, other than that, type I, especially this tape, is MORE than enough or you'll be wasting tape and it's not getting any cheaper.
