It works!!! I have a large dog and a lot of woods and deer..👍Only negative is that no matter how I spread out the product on the skin as directed, it makes his hair very greasy.

I learned from my vet that Frontline Plus for dogs is safe to use on both cats and dogs, they taught me how much to use based on weight. Well I haven't used any flea meds in awhile and recently we got an infestation on our dog and four cats so I went to Amazon to get some Frontline Plus and what do I find? Frontline Shield their new product it's better stronger just what I need to kill the fleas! And yes it says not to use on cats but they all do so I didn't pay much attention well I buy it and put it on all my animals by weight thinking everything is fine until about 8 hours later when my smallest cat starts having tremors, seizing, drooling and vomiting. I immediately look up the product again and realize it's a different formula than Plus and contains almost 50% cat poison! So after bathing all four cats in regular soap I rush the little cat to the Emergency Vet where they inform me he'll be ok but will have to stay getting IV fluids, anti nausea meds, and muscle relaxers until the tremors stop.... This takes two days and two nights. The vet then tells me this is happening more and more frequently and that this product is so poisonous to cats that is you put it on your dog and your cat rubs up on it while wet they can get sick. So be aware it seems to work good for my dog but for me is not worth the risk to my cats
