Solid cabinet, cheap foam on the shelves. The LED light could be placed better to illuminate the inside of the cabinet rather than glaring in your eyes. The always on LCD display has two brightness levels but you cannot turn it off. I had to put a piece of light reducing film over the display to eliminate the annoying light source. Overall I am satisfied with this cabinet.

Given the price point, there’s an expectation of longevity. Agree roughly 3 years of use, the touch pad no longer comes on

I had the cabinet for a few days only. Until now I am very happy with the cabinet and the service I received. The noiseless feature is very important to me. I wish I could switch off the LED screen on demand. Currently I have to cover it with a cloth (avoiding light pollution) as it is placed in a bedroom (tiny house). The cabinet is sleek and pleasant on the eye. It functions perfectly thus far and keeps the humidity at 40% per my setting.

Mine came with the front corners of one of the plastic drawers broken off but that is decorative to me and if I need to I can glue them back on. Shipping is shipping. The key thing is, it is quiet, holds a relatively low humidity level and works as described. Holds a lot of camera gear. I am an old guy with lots of stuff --six digital camera bodies (most of which I should sell), more lenses than I need, some analog bodies and even a 2 1/4 system with room left over. Wish I had bought it a long time ago.Have to get rid of some stuff though as someone told me I can't take it with me when I die. What's up with that?

I was struggling with my lenses living in Ireland almost 100% humidity all the time. Now I would say I really relaxed. Works quite and my equipment are safe. The equipment is a bit expensive but is very good.

Well this seemed review worthy....This isn't about the dry cabinet's performance as I'm still cleaning it off carefully to get rid of any extra mouse poop that might be hiding in the crevices. When I opened the box I noticed what looked like some small discolored residue on the plastic and some little black dots. I pulled out the cabinet only to discover the dead mouse and realize all the little dots were mouse feces. It got all over my living room and it was in the bottom crevices of the cabinet. I spent over an hour cleaning up my apartment alone. There was no way I was going to deal with trying to re-box the thing and send it back. Most of the cabinet was covered in plastic so it seemed like less of a hassle to deal with cleaning off the cabinet than dealing with the infested cardboard box.

Ok, I simply needed a closet for my camera gear and this foot the bill.Things to note; It is smaller than you think so except you understand dimensions properly, buy the biggest you can afford. It is not very accurate with temperature and humidity measurements. Usually, like 2 degrees off when compared to more than 3 other thermometers in the same place. Has a challenging time bringing set humidity to 40. It is at 42 or 41 most of the time. That said, I will buy it again and if I could upgrade, I will get something bigger. I got the 100L (About the size of a small dormitory fridge) and have almost filled it up- Not really, but I like to leave my Camera assembled and ready to go, so this took up 2 shelf spaces.Did I mention the Cabinet looks cool and sexy by the way!

I have only had this for a few days, but so far so good. I was first going to order the Ruggard brand from B&H for about the same price, but with a longer warranty combined with more shipping hassles to Australia. However, it was Amazon Prime that changed my mind. Effortless delivery, and hopefully Amazon will look after me if something goes wrong.Living in Sydney, humidity and mould is a problem. I have spent much less on this cabinet that what I paid to Nikon to remove mould from bodies and lenses in the past.I chose this size (50L) because of the space available in my office. When I first pulled it our of the box, it seemed smaller than what I expected. But surprisingly I was able to fit more than expected. All my nine cameras with lenses. 3 (D)SLRs and lenses in the bottom shelf. My IR & UV cameras (2 DSLRs, 1 M43) in the middle shelf, and 3 more M43 mirrorless cameras in the top shelf. I do not know the weight capacity of the plastic shelves, hopefully they will last! And according to the indicator, the humidity level is below 40%, as set.If all goes well, I will think about a second cabinet for my total lens collection. The cabinet truely is totally quiet. It runs of a 5V Australian power source, supplied.

I bought one of these because I recently got into 3D printing, and some 3D filaments are extremely humidity-sensitive. Based on reviews of similar products I was worried about it arriving damaged or defective; but it showed up in great shape and works like a charm. It's just the right size to fit under a typical table (so I can keep it right under the printer); it's extremely quiet; it holds around eight standard spools of filament; and it does the job, keeping its interior humidity under 30% in a house where the typical humidity is more like 85%. It works so well that I'm planning on buying a second one to store more filamentOne caveat: Based on readings from another humidity sensor I have, the Forspark's own display of its interior humidity reads about 7% lower than the real humidity. Of course, it's possible that my other sensor is off; but I still suspect that the display is slightly overstating the humidity reduction. Once you realize that this is happening, you can adjust the Forspark's display, as described in the manual.

In the summer it can get rather humid where I live and I wanted to ensure that my cameras and lenses were properly stored. This fits the bill. It's clean and sharp. The display is visible but not glaring, and the LEDs inside the unit add a stylish element. It's basically plug in and go, but there is a manual with instructions to adjust humidity levels, with a chart outlining preferred humidity levels for different things you may wish to store. It's totally silent. The door closes firmly, the seal is good, and it comes with a set of keys to lock and unlock the cabinet. Let's face it, an actual thief can smash the tempered glass and help themselves to my stuff, but being able to lock it at least ensures my annoying family members can't get in to play with my very expensive gear, because they would. The build is good. It has a light metal body and a tempered glass door. It's lighter than I'd like it to be, but it'll be easy to move if/when I decide to do so. The shelving on the inside is plastic. It seems sturdy enough, but time will tell. Adjusting the shelving is very simple, and there's enough space for additional shelves depending on what you're storing. It comes with 3 foam pads, 2 flat and 1 with grooves for lenses. Each can easily fit on any level of the cabinet.Overall, I'm very happy with the Forspark dry cabinet. It looks good, works great so far, and with a 2 year warranty, I have peace of mind. The price was good and you definitely get your money's worth, so no complaints. If you're looking for an affordable way to safely store your important things, this is highly recommended.

Its fantastic at keeping lenses dry and humidity free. This is the second one I bought so I will just copy and paste the review from the 50L version I bought.Pros:- It looks really nice and professional. Very well made indeed.- It definitely keeps the humidity at the chosen setting (specially in UK).Cons- Just one that I can think of, the little window that's shows temp and humidity is digital and quite bright. This has two settings, bright and VERY bright. So if you are putting this in your bedroom, please be careful as on the lower setting brightness you then may need to cover this with something otherwise it will be too bright to sleep. It is also important to mention that Forspark is a China based company and you WILL need to pay customs and import duties in addition to the price you see (most companies that sell dry cabinets are based in China).Over all I definitely recommend it if you need it. it really works at keeping humidity low.****Update****A year on and I am still impressed. I just ordered more of these.
