Took a chance based on review from Harley forum and it worked out great. Seems bright enough - not crazy bright though. To activate halo for me (2016 SGS), I ran a jumper from red wire to low beam power. Otherwise, plug and play.

Installed this headlight on my 2014 Street Glide Special. Just needed to use the splitter connector cable supplied with the product in the box. The existing mounting hardware on the bike worked to mount this lamp. Just orient the lamp tabs to align with the mounting ring on the Harley. I did need to rotate the spring clips that are on the inside of the trim ring so as to align with the tab on the rear hardware. Very easily done. Overall I am very happy with the brightness of the headlight and the looks overall. Price is very reasonable.

This looks awesome. I was a bit worried during installation that I was missing a part or bracket but it was actually directly fit on my yamaha v star 1100 2002. Very happy.

i was very excited to install this on my 2014 SG. I currently run 2 led bulbs in the stock housing but i wanted a different look and the reviews seemed positive. first off it looks great and makes the fairing really look nice during the day (when you dont need the light it appears bright). I went for a ride a few days after install and was caught after sundown and while riding home i thought the light wasnt working and pulled over only to discover i could barely see the road based on the light pattern and angle. i decided this light could def be better designed and i am going back to my stock/led bulb setup.
