This product arrived with very good packaging, but the product was was broken and had to be held together with tape in order for it to work. Terrible for a $95 product.

After a faulty nozzle snapped in my extruder of my 5M, a loud pop sound occurred and I smelled a light melting wire kinda scent. I had hoped it was just the extruder burning up and that a new one would fix my machine. Found this one all ready to go. It came several days before promised by Amazon! Hubby had it installed in about 20 mins. No instructions in the box, but it was easy for him to get the old one off and the new one on (he is an electrician, and personally I wouldn't have wanted to do it by myself). He had it working in a very short time and it heated up and went through its settings like it did when I first got the machine. Super glad it had a nozzle in it, super simple (for him at least)! Its up and running so IM happy :)
