When I ordered this table, I the scheduled delivery was a month out (ordered June 19, delivery scheduled for July 19). This is to be the main teaching table (no desks) in my special education classroom, but I wasn't worried, because that date was still about 3 weeks before school was starting. Even when the delivery company called on July 19th and said they needed to reschedule for the next day, that wasn't a problem. However, when the table was delivered, it was only a table top, no legs, and the delivery company said that only that one box was sent. There was also a large scratch on the bottom on the table, but I'm not overly concerned about that, since it won't show. No legs, on the other hand, is a major problem.I left messages for the Flash company twice (as their answering service would not allow me to remain on hold). The second one was returned, and I was told that I would receive an email from customer service in 24-48 hours. Later the next day, I received an email that was anything but satisfactory. It stated that, "Unfortunately the legs for this item are back ordered until 8/28." First, how are legs backordered on a table that was listed as In Stock complete? Second, why wasn't I contacted to ask how I wanted to handle the situation when the legs were missing when it was prepared for shipment a month ago? This is very poor customer service. So, now I'm stuck waiting another month (or more) for the table legs I need, as returning something this big is a major hassle and I couldn't get a replacement fast enough, anyway. (At least my husband helped me come up with a temporary solution for my classroom.) I'll update when (if) the legs show up regarding their condition, but I don't plan to ever do business with this company again. UPDATE: Amazon offered me a returnless refund, so I chose that route instead.
