2nd binder I have purchased. The first one last around 4 years. I was really impressed, especially for a teen boy. Got it as a 7th grader and this year the zipper finally gave out. Decided to go with another to last him the rest of high school.

I only buy these binders for my kids hor school, the binders last all year no problems. Fit all there stuff they need for classes. The extra space on top fits there books or school labtops.

We had purchased this exact binder last year for my son's Freshman year of High School. Needless to say it looks pretty rough now, but survived all school year with all zippers intact. He liked this design so much he asked us to buy another to replace his old one. Honestly he probably could have used it longer, but the outside expansion panel was stretched from a lot of use, but still held items just fine.Well worth the purchase.There is a minor difference from last year's model to this one. Inside there is a 5 file organizer that can store loose papers, with a mesh zippered pocket on the other side. The previous model had an additional hook and loop pouch on this mesh pocket that was big enough to hold a calculator that is no longer on the newer models, so there is just a full panel mesh pocket now. That separate Velcro pocket made it easier access and retrieve larger loose items since the mesh pocket is directly connected to the semi-rigid panel that separates the binder from the file storage and is pretty tight until it breaks in. Other than that, everything else seems to be the same.

This binder is extremely well made and has lasted me several years in school. I now use it for work, it allows me to keep everything easily organized. It is aldo light weight and easy to carry around, this binder is a life saver. Well worth my money.

My son in 7th grade really wanted this despite me telling him it was smaller than the one he carried last year. We bought it and after only 1 week of normal use...the outer storage area completely detached at the lower elastic strapping (looked sturdy enough). He came home upset because his chrome book and papers kept in that area fell out and blew all over the place while running for the bus. We immediately purchased the one from last year and he has been carrying it since without issue. It has been 3 1/2 months so far without much sign of wear and tear.

My son's school doesn't allow for backpacks throughout the day and he was tired of juggling folders and notebooks plus a pencil pouch. He had a school laptop bag, but it barely fits the laptop. So me, being the "Type A" mom that I am, I ordered this. I was able to label the accordion files for some of the classes that use more bookworm (math), and we were able to use the pencil pouch. The expandable front is also great. He keep his school planner and other folders there and he's able to zip it up and carry it with the handle with ease. His friends parents have requested the link and all purchased one. Highly recommend!

My son uses this daily in middle school. Some areas have ripped, but overall this product has been a lifesaver for him. The handle is apparently the best part about this binder.

I was very impressed how well this binder held up last year...holds everything my son needs (including his Chromebook) so I purchased the same binder again for this year. Two months into this school year, the elastic on the front pocket is sagging, one of the straps is completely torn, and the zipper is not zipping smoothly. We cut off the front pocket to make it last until I can order another one but definitely thinking of switching to a different brand. I hate to give a bad review because last year's binder lasted the whole school year!

For the price I would look for D-rings, these rings never lined up properly so papers got stuck or just fell out when turning pages.
