This is truly a waste of money. The remote control does not function. The sound quality is poor and is very clumsy when you try to increase/decrease volume. Save your money. Download an app with a fire sound instead.

The sound is so authentic you would think you are actually burning a fire, in your fireplace! Now, the music and such, not a fan of, but, to each their own!

This is an awesome product. Small in size so discrete and easy to use. Love the volume can be controlled remotely.

This has so many sound options, but I love the crackling fire option. However, even on low volume, it is too loud to sound realistic. So I’m working on ways to muffle it a bit.

The sounds from this do not offer enough variety. It’s basically just the same sound with some extra background noise or a louder crackling. Only found about one sound worth using.Also, the remote not being able to turn the unit off completely is annoying as well.

It's small and works as a Bluetooth speaker. Fire crackling setting is nice as well. However, it has a setting where it will play Christmas music and piano music while the fire crackles. During the setting you can barely hear the fire crackle sound

I am really enjoying this product! I have a gas fireplace & I really missed the sound of a fire.After a bit of trouble figuring out how to use it (the instructions really don't exist), I have been using it for several days. It is easy to charge with a USB cord and the charge lasts for several uses. I just place it some place near my fireplace in a somewhat hidden location & then it sounds like I am burning wood in my fireplace. It has other modes but because the instructions are so unclear, & frankly useless, I haven't really figured them out. Right now I'm happy with the sound of a crackling fire.
