  • 1. Wet the electrode area of the chest strap, then wear the heart rate monitor (with sensor); it will turn on automatically.

    2. Turn on phone’s Bluetooth, open the app, and pair the monitor within the app β€” DO NOT use the phone’s Bluetooth settings.

  • 1. Battery Replacement: Use a CR2032 battery and ensure correct polarity (+/-).

    2. Contact Adjustment: If issues persist, use the included tool to gently lift the battery contact at a 30Β° angle. Reinsert battery firmly.

    3. Ask for help via Amazon.

  • 1. Strap Position: Wear below chest muscles, under nipple level, centered on chest. Strap should be snug, not tight, with electrodes flat on skin.

    2. Moisten Electrodes: Wet pads with water or gel before use. If dry before sweating, re-moisten.

  • 1. Wet the chest strap electrodes and wear the monitor to auto power on.

    2. Find the ANT+ ID in device settings and pair with your ANT+ device.

    3. For issues, contact the device brand or us via Amazon Message Center.

  • No! The heart rate sensor must be in direct contact with your skin.

    Wearing it over clothing will block the electrodes and may cause inaccurate or missing heart rate readings.
