I placed my eye dropp bottle in the dispenser. Placed it over my eye and it drops on my lower eye lid. I can't till my head any further back otherwise I would fall over. Very poor design I don't recommend it at all

This is not sized for the prescription eye drops that you receive post-cataract surgery.Assuming your patient has trouble squeezing or lining up the drops, this won't work in this situation.It might for other thicker or stouter eye drop bottles. But not for the small prescription ones.

The box has been opened due to tear and extra tape across the top of box. Inside the box there was a white, soft piece of plastic that possibly goes with an eye dropper applicator but definitely not this one. Also noted on top of the applicator where eye drops goes, two of the highest are broken off. I could definitely tell this was not a new item it had been returned. IT'S A PIECE OF TRASH. I WOULD LIKE MY Account credited or send me a better product.
