This was exactly what I wanted but sadly I needed a 8" drop so. I returned it. But just like all the other reviews solid install and fit built well. The turn nob is kinda low quality feeling. But over all functional.

It’s works well at keeping the noise and rattling away, I am only towing a utility trailer but it was not not hearing the rattling noise while towing I was using one that you had to bolt on, the other issue is you need to keep the key inserted while tightening or loosening the pins that secure the unit, overall it’s a nice hitch

Just received this today, oh boy is it heavy. The build quality is amazing! The hitch is quite intuitive to use, just unlock with the key and turn the knob to push out/retrieve the locking pins. The clever thing about this design is that they added a third prong at the tail end to snug-fit inside the tube so this whole thing never rattles. So far I'm loving it! It's time to throw away those $20-30 hitches that you have to constantly worry about them being stolen all the time.

Installed this 4" drop with a Curt shock absorbing ball. Night and day difference in towing our small camper with a light tow vehicle. No more rattling over bumps and the trailer's side-to-side movement going down the highway was reduced by at least 70%. The draw bar's locking feature is icing on the cake. Really pleased with this product.
